For this unique occasion, we had the privilege of creating a book that traces half a century of scientific success, groundbreaking innovation, and visionary commitment. This publication, offered to the event’s participants, pays tribute to all those who contributed to these remarkable achievements and reflects the spirit of collaboration and excellence that drives this community.

Here, we love paper. And when we’re given the opportunity to design a book that breaks the mold, we dive right in. With Cefic, we created a publication worthy of this celebration — bold, elegant, and crafted with meticulous care.
From the Hôtel Métropole — the iconic venue of the first Nobel Prize in Chemistry awarded in Brussels in 1975 — to the close collaboration with Cefic’s teams, every step of the project was driven by a shared desire to do things well — and differently. A book conceived with four hands by Steven van Boxtel and Grégoire d’Otreppe, blending editorial precision with creative freedom.
A singular piece — just the way we like it.
