As a Belgian non-profit organization for international solidarity, Caritas International helps victims of violence, natural disasters, and poverty. To enhance its reach and effectiveness, we assisted the NGO in implementing various digital tools designed to promote and disseminate its mission and vision. These tools not only facilitate better communication with stakeholders but also empower communities by raising awareness and mobilizing resources. Our collaboration aims to strengthen Caritas International’s impact, ensuring that its vital work in humanitarian aid reaches those who need it most.

To promote their projects and increase visitor support, we have completely restructured the Belgian website of Caritas.
Caritas International does a lot for a great number of people everywhere. Therefore, we conducted a content audit to completely reorganize the site so that visitors can easily find all the information. Today, a generic homepage leads to more specific homepages, giving each section its own identity.
One of the goals of Caritas International was to broaden its target audience and reach more of the younger generation. To facilitate access to information, the site navigation starts with three options: “I want to know,” “I want to help,” and “I want to donate.”
The sleek design makes information more accessible. The site allows Caritas International to share a large amount of information and project a positive image.
To enable Caritas International to communicate easily with everyone, everywhere, at any time, we have redesigned their annual reports and print materials.
